About Me

Hi, I’m Jessica!

My path to becoming a nutritionist began with my own health struggles—years of dealing with gut issues, persistent fatigue, and mental health challenges that left me feeling unheard, overwhelmed, and frustrated. I saw multiple doctors, ran countless lab tests, and was constantly told, "Everything looks normal." But I knew something wasn’t right.

It wasn’t until I discovered functional testing and started working with a root-cause approach that things finally shifted. I began to understand the deep connection between my gut health, hormones, mental clarity, and energy levels. What I uncovered changed everything—not just for my own healing, but for how I now help others.

Food became more than fuel; it became medicine, stability, and empowerment.

My background in social work and health education, combined with my training in functional and integrative nutrition, gives me a unique perspective on healing. I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate conflicting nutrition advice, especially when you're not feeling like yourself. My goal is to cut through the noise and help you understand what’s actually going on in your body—and what steps can truly help you feel better.

I work with a wide range of clients—from new moms dealing with food sensitivities, to women navigating perimenopause, to teens and young adults struggling with body image and mood. I also support individuals managing chronic conditions, mental health concerns, and those simply looking to make sustainable lifestyle changes.

No two bodies are the same, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. My approach is rooted in compassion, science, and a deep belief in your body’s ability to heal—with the right support.

If you're tired of being told your labs look "fine" while you still feel off, I see you—and I'm here to help you get to the root of it.

I look forward to working with you and helping you feel like your best self, radiating from the inside out!
